Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree that:
- I have the right to decline your order for any reason.
- Commissions might take around 1-2 weeks to complete. I will inform you if it will take longer to complete.
- Deadlines for commissions must be brought up first if need be.
- I do not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork.Character References:
- High quality, coloured references of characters are preferred.
- If you want me to draw your characters from description, an additional $20 will be charged.Payment:
- Either 50% or full payment has to be made upfront after confirmation of rough sketch.
- If work has begun on the piece when the client withdraws from the commission work, the amount refunded will be decided based upon how much work has been done.
- There will be 2 free revisions. Any other alterations will be added into the price.Usage:
- Commissions are strictly for non-profit/personal use only. No reselling of the piece is allowed.
- Commission pieces are not to be used for tracing, recolouring, NFTs, or AIs.

- As the artist, I maintain all rights to completed artwork. I have the rights to repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in my portfolio. (Unless you wish for it to not be posted)Files included:
I will send you a high quality png or a psd of the final drawing either through email or as a google drive link.
- Larger drawings: A3 sized canvas or smaller
- Chibis: 18cm or 7" canvas
- Icons: 1000px
All 350 dpi!
